From dough preparation to topping assembly and oven management, your craft will directly shape the guest experience. 👨‍🍳 Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in managing the pizza section during prep and service.
• Prepare fresh dough, sauces, toppings, and other pizza components daily.
• Cook pizzas to perfection, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Follow recipes, portioning standards, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
• Ensure the pizza oven is operated safely and efficiently.
• Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Support in training Commis team members and maintaining smooth service flow.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a pizza-focused role or strong Commis 1 experience.
• Solid understanding of dough handling, fermentation, stretching, and baking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume kitchen.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Culinary certification is an advantage.
• Must be currently in the UAE and available to join soon.
