Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes according to Common Grounds’ standards.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure food safety compliance.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items.
• Manage inventory and assist in cost control.
• Uphold consistency, quality, and timely service during operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of international and café-style cuisine.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Positive attitude, creativity, and teamwork skills.
