Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to Ritual Cafe standards
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other bar equipment safely
  • Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the counter
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station
  • Restock supplies and assist with basic inventory tracking

Requirements

  • Previous barista experience preferred, training may be provided
  • Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
  • Friendly, customer-focused personality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
