Clap of Flour, an exciting new Pasta Bar Concept under Glee Hospitality Group, is preparing to open its doors at the scenic Canal Front in Dubai. We are searching for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie with strong pasta‑making experience to join our Back of House team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced kitchen, values precision and consistency, and takes pride in crafting high‑quality dishes. As part of our culinary team, you will contribute to an innovative concept that blends authentic Italian techniques with modern flavors. If you are detail‑oriented, committed to cleanliness, and eager to grow within a professional kitchen environment, we want to hear from you.

👨‍🍳 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute dishes within your assigned section with consistency and precision.
  • Lead pasta preparation, cooking, and plating according to brand standards.
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene, food safety, and workstation organization.
  • Assist the Sous Chef with daily operations, stock control, and mise en place.
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
  • Ensure smooth service during peak hours and uphold quality at all times.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in Italian or pasta-focused kitchens.
  • Strong pasta‑making skills (fresh dough, shaping, sauces, cooking techniques).
  • Locally available in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen discipline.
