🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Beverage Preparation & Service
    • Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
    • Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment
    • Engage guests with product knowledge and friendly conversation
  • Guest Interaction
    • Welcome guests warmly and create a positive, energetic atmosphere
    • Take accurate drink orders and deliver service with precision
    • Provide recommendations and upsell beverages when appropriate
    • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Safety & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all safety and licensing regulations
    • Follow health and hygiene standards in beverage handling
    • Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

✅ Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting
  • Exceptional mixology skills and product knowledge
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • A passion for hospitality and customer service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
