Bartender

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to Drift Dubai standards.
• Engage guests with warm, professional, and knowledgeable service.
• Maintain bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene regulations.
• Create and recommend signature drinks to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with barbacks and service teams during peak hours.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of bartending experience in a high‑end hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Professional grooming and confident presentation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
