Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and beverages consistently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment.
  • Engage customers with product knowledge, recommendations, and friendly service.
  • Manage stock levels and assist with daily café operations.
  • Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of barista experience in a café or specialty coffee shop.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso‑based drinks.
  • Ability to perform basic latte art is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and attention to detail.
