Ben’s Farmhouse & Mara is seeking energetic, guest‑focused, and service‑driven Bar Servers to join our expanding hospitality team in the UAE. As a Bar Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage service while supporting the bar team in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. You’ll assist with serving drinks, engaging with guests, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a warm, memorable experience that reflects our brand’s commitment to authenticity and excellence.

We are looking for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy interacting with guests, and take pride in delivering high‑quality service. 🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve beverages promptly and professionally to guests at the bar and tables
  • Support bartenders with preparation, stock rotation, and bar setup
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Engage guests with friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service
  • Assist with upselling beverages and promoting signature drinks

📋 Requirements

  • Currently residing in the UAE
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bar Server or similar role
  • Strong communication and guest‑engagement skills
  • Knowledge of beverages, bar service, and basic drink presentation
  • Energetic, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent service
