HR Officer – Woodlem Park Schools Dubai
Woodlem Park Schools Dubai is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Officer to support our growing academic community. This role is ideal for an early‑career HR professional who understands the unique dynamics of school HR operations in the UAE and is passionate about fostering a positive, compliant, and efficient work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations across the school, ensuring smooth and timely execution of all HR processes
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labour regulations
- Coordinate staff attendance, leave management, and HR‑related communication with departments
- Support visa processing, renewals, medicals, and other government‑related HR tasks
- Assist in performance management processes and staff evaluations
- Provide HR support to academic and non‑academic staff, addressing queries professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with school policies, KHDA requirements, and UAE labour practices
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR improvement projects
Requirements
- 1–2 years of HR experience in UAE schools
- Strong understanding of school HR operations, staffing structures, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR best practices, and government processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems is an advantage
