Role Overview

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency, ensuring that Tattu Dubai maintains strong financial health while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for finance leaders with a background in hospitality, fine dining, or luxury F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for pre-opening and ongoing operations.
• Manage cost control, revenue optimization, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor cash flow, payroll, and vendor payments, ensuring financial stability.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments, providing strategic recommendations.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and financial controls.
• Support the General Manager and leadership team in financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management within hospitality, fine dining, or luxury F&B.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop strategic financial initiatives that align with business goals.
