As a Waiter/Waitress at Louzan Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive impeccable service in a warm and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Greet and seat guests promptly, providing them with menus and offering recommendations when appropriate.

  • Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Table Maintenance: Set up and clear tables according to restaurant standards, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

  • Billing and Payments: Prepare guest checks accurately, process payments using the restaurant’s point-of-sale system, and handle cash and credit card transactions.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.

  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe dining environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage menus, and the ability to make recommendations based on guest preferences.

  • Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
