🔹 Job Summary:
Gloria Hotels is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidates will provide an exceptional dining experience by delivering prompt, friendly, and attentive service to our guests in a refined hospitality setting.

🛎️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.

  • Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them in a timely manner.

  • Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times.

  • Handle billing and payment processes accurately.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • Comply with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

  • Respond promptly to guest needs and requests.

✅ Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or upscale restaurant is preferred.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

  • Presentable appearance and positive attitude.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Team player with a commitment to excellence in hospitality.
