Guest service agent (Female)Job Summary

Al Khoory Courtyard Hotel is currently hiring a female Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our hotel—offering a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to every guest. As the first and last point of contact, the Guest Service Agent plays a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.

  • Handle reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.

  • Provide accurate information about the hotel’s services, local attractions, and transportation.

  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

  • Manage guest accounts, process payments, and issue invoices.

  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, bell service, and other departments for seamless service.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general guest inquiries.

  • Monitor lobby area and ensure cleanliness and guest comfort at all times.

  • Uphold grooming and professional conduct standards in line with hotel policies.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role is preferred.

  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of front office software (Opera/Fidelio or similar) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Presentable, courteous, and able to multitask under pressure.

  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • UAE-based candidates with immediate availability are highly encouraged to apply.
