Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and take orders in a friendly, professional manner

  • Offer menu recommendations and upsell where appropriate

  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately

  • Ensure tables are clean, set, and properly maintained during service

  • Handle guest requests, questions, or concerns promptly and courteously

  • Communicate with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service

  • Follow all health and safety procedures, including hygiene and cleanliness standards

  • Contribute to a positive team spirit and assist colleagues when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a premium café or restaurant

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for hospitality and genuine care for the guest experience

  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting

  • Presentable appearance and a positive, can-do attitude

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
