Position: Front Office Night Supervisor
Location: Waldorf Astoria Kuwait, Al Rai Area, Kuwait City
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Night Operations: Manage all front desk activities during the night shift, ensuring the highest level of guest service is maintained while operating efficiently.

Guest Relations: Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including revenue forecasts and daily summaries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the night front desk team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by adhering to hotel policies and procedures during the night shift.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Maintenance, to address guest needs and maintain hotel operations.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of one year of previous supervisory experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Communication Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with Property Management Systems, preferably OPERA; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example, train, and motivate a team effectively.

Education: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.

Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
