Job Details and Requirements

| Key Responsibilities | – Welcome and check-in guests- Address guest inquiries and complaints- Manage reservations and guest requests- Provide information about the hotel’s services and amenities- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay |
| Skills Required | – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving ability- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) |
| Eligibility | – UAE-based candidates with prior experience in hospitality- Male & Female candidates encouraged to apply |
