Job Details and Requirements

Job Title Guest Service Agent (Male & Female)
Experience Required 1-2 years in Front Office as a Guest Service Agent
Location Locally available candidates (UAE)
Interview In-person interviews (only locally available candidates will be considered)
Key Responsibilities – Welcome and check-in guests- Address guest inquiries and complaints- Manage reservations and guest requests- Provide information about the hotel’s services and amenities- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Skills Required – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving ability- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Eligibility – UAE-based candidates with prior experience in hospitality- Male & Female candidates encouraged to apply
Salary Competitive salary based on experience
