📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and visual identity of the Home Bakery brand
• Develop and oversee design concepts for packaging, product labels, menus, and seasonal collections
• Create high‑quality digital content for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
• Guide the design of in‑store visuals, signage, displays, and customer‑facing materials
• Collaborate with the Product Designer and Product Coordinator on new product launches
• Manage and mentor junior designers, freelancers, and creative partners
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
• Produce prototypes, mockups, and print‑ready files for packaging and promotional materials
• Work closely with printing vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and accuracy
• Contribute to brand strategy, campaign planning, and creative storytelling
• Conduct trend research and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the brand
• Maintain an organized workflow and oversee multiple projects simultaneously

📌 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Designer, Senior Designer, or Art Director
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital design work
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling
• Experience designing for F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
• Ability to lead creative projects from concept to execution
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
• Experience managing junior designers or creative teams
• High attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality, timelines, and production constraints
• A love for food, aesthetics, and brand‑building
