Creneau Hospitality is urgently hiring professional and charismatic Hostesses to join our front-of-house teams across Dubai. As the first point of contact for guests, the Hostess plays a vital role in creating memorable first impressions, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth guest flow throughout the venue. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and a passion for hospitality.

📝 Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow during busy service hours.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and floor managers to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about menus and promotions, and resolve minor concerns courteously.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
• Support front-of-house operations during peak hours and special events.
• Uphold brand standards of service, hospitality, and guest engagement.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in guest reception or hostessing within upscale restaurants, lounges, or hotels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Flexibility to work across Dubai Creek Harbour and Palm Jumeirah venues.
