Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking to be part of a luxury dining brand making its international debut in Dubai? Tattu Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Pool Manager to support our pre-opening team, ensuring seamless poolside operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Role Overview

As the Assistant Pool Manager, you will work closely with the Pool Manager to oversee daily operations, guest engagement, and safety protocols. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in pool management, service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in pre-opening preparations, ensuring operational readiness and team alignment.
  • Oversee daily pool operations, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
  • Support the Pool Manager in supervising pool attendants, lifeguards, and service staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Coordinate with F&B teams to enhance poolside service offerings.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in pool management within luxury hospitality or high-end resorts.
  • Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, water safety, and health regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create memorable guest experiences in a premium setting.
  • Certification in lifeguarding, first aid, or pool operations is a plus.
