Eataly Dubai is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Assist in managing bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

• Customer Service: Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.

• Quality Control: Monitor the preparation and presentation of beverages to maintain high-quality standards.

• Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

🎓 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Experience: 4–5 years in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in MS Office; strong organizational and leadership abilities.

• Knowledge: Understanding of health and safety regulations; experience in inventory management.
