👤 Position: Head Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Head Waiter/Waitress to lead the front-of-house team at one of our premium restaurants in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, team leadership, and creating memorable guest experiences.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Maintain high standards of guest interaction, hospitality, and overall service delivery.

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in team training, shift management, and performance monitoring.

  • Ensure tables are properly set, orders are accurately delivered, and guest needs are anticipated.

  • Address customer concerns or feedback professionally and promptly.

  • Assist in managing bookings, VIP guest arrangements, and special events.

  • Monitor hygiene, grooming, and behavior standards among team members.

  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.

✅ Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality venue, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-first attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of POS and reservation systems preferred.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
