🌟 Position: Hostess

We are looking for a polished, enthusiastic, and service-driven Hostess to join one of our signature restaurants in Dubai. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a critical role in setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive at the restaurant.

  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently using reservation systems.

  • Provide accurate wait times and offer guests a comfortable waiting area when needed.

  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

  • Coordinate with service and management teams to ensure smooth table turnover and service flow.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with takeout or booking information.

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house and entrance area.

  • Offer a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times, upholding the restaurant’s hospitality standards.

✅ Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a hostess or customer-facing role in hospitality or fine dining.

  • Presentable and professional appearance.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

  • Ability to stay calm and organized during busy hours.

  • Familiarity with reservation or POS systems (e.g., OpenTable) is an advantage.

  • Friendly personality with a passion for providing outstanding guest service.

  • Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
