👥 Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our operations team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day functions, uphold brand standards, and cultivate a positive team culture.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing restaurant operations and achieving performance goals.

  • Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff during shifts, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

  • Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating staff to ensure top performance.

  • Address guest concerns with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations.

  • Manage daily inventory levels, assist in ordering, and reduce waste through careful stock control.

  • Help analyze sales reports, labor costs, and key performance indicators to optimize profitability.

  • Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, grooming standards, and SOPs.

✅ Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in the F&B or hospitality sector.

  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on and people-first approach.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Working knowledge of restaurant management systems and POS software.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • High standards of personal presentation and hygiene.

  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Previous UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.
