Bartender – The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, LXR Hotels & Resorts | Abu Dhabi Jobs
The Bartender prepares and serves drinks to the hotel’s recipes and standards, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. During pre-opening you will help set up the bar, learn the beverage menu and practise the service style expected at a luxury resort. You will take care of stock, hygiene and presentation while engaging guests with confidence and professionalism, making this a great opportunity for a skilled bartender to join a new team. Joining the pre-opening food and beverage team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, LXR Hotels & Resorts, the Bartender will help shape the dining experience from the very first guest. The hotel is hosting an invitation-only Recruitment Day, and shortlisted candidates will be contacted with an invitation to attend. Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails and other beverages to recipe standards.
- Set up, stock and maintain the bar, including garnishes, glassware and equipment.
- Welcome guests, recommend drinks and provide attentive, friendly service.
- Handle payments and orders accurately in line with hotel procedures.
- Follow responsible service, hygiene and safety rules at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant or lounge.
- Good knowledge of beverages, mixology techniques and bar equipment.
- Strong guest-service skills and a polished appearance.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
