Gates Hospitality is expanding our team in Abu Dhabi, and we are looking for enthusiastic, service‑driven, and guest‑focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our Front of House team. As a key part of the guest experience, you will represent the heart of our service culture — delivering warm hospitality, ensuring smooth operations, and creating memorable dining moments for every guest who walks through our doors.

We are seeking individuals who take pride in providing exceptional service, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, and thrive in a team‑oriented setting. The ideal candidate is attentive, confident, and able to anticipate guest needs with professionalism and care. You will be responsible for taking orders, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression of our venue.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Handle guest concerns with care, efficiency, and a positive attitude
  • Support the FOH team during peak service periods

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for guest service
  • Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
