Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and service requests efficiently.
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate call logs, messages, and internal communication records.
• Provide guests with accurate information about services, facilities, and reservations.
• Support front‑of‑house operations during busy periods.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a telephone operator or in a similar administrative/guest‑service role.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
