Peaksy Tourist Restaurant LLC is seeking a confident, experienced Male Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations at our Yas Bay, Yas Island location in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring proven supervisory experience in UAE restaurants, a hands-on leadership style, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and team development. This role requires someone who can manage busy service periods, coach and motivate staff, enforce standards for service and hygiene, and act as the on-shift ambassador for the restaurant. Immediate availability and current residency in the UAE are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to step into a fast-paced, high-profile venue and grow with a dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead daily front-of-house operations during assigned shifts; ensure smooth service flow.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor hosts, waitstaff, and service team members.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by handling enquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
  • Manage shift rostering and attendance to meet service demands and labour targets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor service standards including table turns, order accuracy, and presentation.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain timing and quality of service.
  • Support inventory control and report shortages or equipment issues to management.
  • Drive upselling and revenue initiatives while maintaining a welcoming guest experience.
  • Prepare shift handovers and reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement: Proven supervisory experience in a UAE restaurant.
  • UAE restaurant experience is mandatory; applications without it will not be considered.
  • Currently located in the UAE and available for immediate start.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Team-oriented leadership with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Knowledge of UAE labour and hospitality standards and basic POS systems.
  • Valid UAE work authorization or ability to provide right-to-work documentation.
