We are looking for a dedicated and service‑driven Supervisor who can elevate the guest experience, inspire the team, and uphold the refined standards that define our brand. 🔹 Position: Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE

🔸 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain brand standards, service quality, and operational consistency
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Support management in implementing service procedures and operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service protocols

🔸 Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or senior service role in luxury dining, beach clubs, or premium F&B venues
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high‑volume environment
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
  • Currently based in the UAE and available for an in‑person interview
  • Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering memorable guest experiences
