Position: Store Manager (Male / Female)

Job Description:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing your team, and ensuring operational excellence. You will act as a brand ambassador while maintaining a high standard of customer service and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies
• Lead, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service goals
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase performance
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Report to senior management on store performance and KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail (Home Décor, Fashion, or Lifestyle preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Willing to work in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Al Ain
