Senior Sous Chef – Join FYTE Hospitality (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

FYTE Hospitality Group is expanding rapidly across Dubai and Abu Dhabi with a portfolio of innovative, design‑driven dining concepts. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to support our culinary leadership team and help elevate the standards of our kitchens. This role is ideal for a chef who combines creativity with discipline, thrives in high‑pressure environments, and is ready to take ownership of kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef. As a Senior Sous Chef at FYTE, you will play a key role in menu execution, team development, quality control, and operational excellence — ensuring every dish reflects the craftsmanship and consistency our brands are known for.


🔥 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations across all sections
  • Lead, train, and mentor chefs, CDPs, and commis to maintain high culinary standards
  • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation according to brand guidelines
  • Assist in menu development, recipe creation, and seasonal updates
  • Oversee inventory, stock rotation, and food cost control
  • Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP compliance
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth and timely service
  • Take charge of the kitchen during the Head Chef’s absence
  • Monitor workflow and ensure efficiency during peak service periods

✅ Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a senior culinary role (Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef)
  • Proven background in premium dining, high‑volume restaurants, or specialty cuisine
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations, and HACCP standards
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Creativity, passion, and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
