Senior Barista

CLAP OF FLOUR, a soon‑to‑open pasta bar concept at Canal Front, Dubai, is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Barista to lead our coffee operations. The ideal candidate is someone who brings expertise in specialty coffee, thrives in all‑day dining or upscale dining environments, and delivers exceptional guest experiences with every cup. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for beverage quality, consistency, training junior baristas, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the coffee bar. Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality coffee and specialty beverages with consistency
• Lead beverage standards, recipes, and presentation quality
• Train, mentor, and support junior baristas
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and equipment maintenance
• Engage guests with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
• Ensure smooth coordination with FOH and BOH teams
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive guest experience

Requirements

• Must be locally available in the UAE
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in all‑day dining or upscale dining concepts
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, and specialty coffee trends
• Excellent communication and guest‑interaction skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Team player with leadership qualities
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
