The Security Supervisor ensures a safe, secure, and well‑managed environment across VOGO Grand Hotel & KSK Homes Dubai. This role is ideal for a disciplined, observant, and proactive professional with strong leadership skills and valid SIRA certification.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations and security personnel
- Ensure full compliance with SIRA regulations and hotel security policies
- Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and safety checks across the property
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns promptly
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation
- Train and guide security staff on procedures, protocols, and emergency response
- Monitor CCTV systems and access control points
- Coordinate with management and external authorities when required
Requirements
- Valid SIRA Supervisor Certification (mandatory)
- Proven experience in hotel or facility security supervision
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations
- Good physical fitness and alertness
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
