The Security Supervisor ensures a safe, secure, and well‑managed environment across VOGO Grand Hotel & KSK Homes Dubai. This role is ideal for a disciplined, observant, and proactive professional with strong leadership skills and valid SIRA certification.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily security operations and security personnel
  • Ensure full compliance with SIRA regulations and hotel security policies
  • Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and safety checks across the property
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns promptly
  • Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security documentation
  • Train and guide security staff on procedures, protocols, and emergency response
  • Monitor CCTV systems and access control points
  • Coordinate with management and external authorities when required

Requirements

  • Valid SIRA Supervisor Certification (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in hotel or facility security supervision
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations
  • Good physical fitness and alertness
  • Knowledge of emergency procedures and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
