Landmark Hotels & Suites, a leading hotel group in Dubai, is looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at one of our signature dining venues. The role involves managing daily restaurant functions, improving guest satisfaction, and driving profitability.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate front- and back-of-house teams

  • Ensure high levels of customer service and handle guest feedback efficiently

  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety regulations

  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance

  • Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and special promotions

  • Control inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relations

  • Track financial performance, prepare budgets, and meet cost targets

🎓 Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar F&B leadership role

  • Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management preferred

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant systems (POS, inventory, etc.)

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
