Reservations Agent — Gevora Hotel, Dubai

Gevora Hotel, the world’s tallest four-star hotel, is looking for an experienced Reservations Agent to join its front office team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests booking their stay, responsible for managing reservation requests across phone, email, and online channels with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate has prior experience in hotel reservations, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in delivering a smooth, welcoming booking experience that reflects the hotel’s five-star service standards. You will work closely with the front office and sales teams to ensure guest information is accurate and that room availability, rates, and promotions are communicated clearly. Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation calls, emails, and online booking requests promptly and professionally
• Accurately input and update guest booking details in the hotel’s reservation system
• Upsell room categories, packages, and hotel services to maximize revenue
• Coordinate with the front office and sales teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates, availability, and promotional offers

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar front office role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
