🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and booking requests with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and guest notes in the system
  • Coordinate with the hostess and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Provide clear information on menus, timings, and special experiences
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and VIP arrangements
  • Communicate wait times, booking policies, and availability
  • Uphold Tattu’s service standards and brand values in every interaction

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality roles
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with reservation systems (SevenRooms, OpenTable, etc.) is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Professional, friendly, and guest‑focused demeanor
