Reservation Agent – The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai

The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai is seeking a professional and customer‑focused Reservation Agent to manage guest bookings, inquiries, and reservation requests with efficiency and hospitality. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth reservation experience while upholding the hotel’s service standards and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation calls, emails, and online booking requests promptly and professionally.
• Process individual and group reservations accurately in the hotel’s reservation system.
• Provide guests with detailed information about room types, rates, promotions, and hotel facilities.
• Upsell room categories and packages to optimize revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, amendments, and special requests.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Follow reservation policies, payment procedures, and data accuracy standards.
• Assist in preparing daily reports and ensuring system data integrity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, welcoming tone in all guest interactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or similar role in a hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (Opera experience is an advantage).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
