We are now seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and task distribution
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards
  • Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain consistent service quality
  • Monitor inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
  • Assist in scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations
  • Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel policies
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for room readiness and maintenance needs
  • Support deep‑cleaning schedules and special housekeeping projects

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant in a hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting
  • Basic English communication; Thai language skills are an advantage
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a commitment to guest satisfaction
