Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations, guest lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow.
• Maintain a polished and organized reception area.
• Provide accurate information about the venue, menu, and services.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns promptly.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a host/hostess or in a similar guest‑facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and confident presentation.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
