VOGO Grand Hotel & KSK Homes Dubai are looking for a warm, professional, and service‑oriented Hostess / Waitress to join our front‑of‑house team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a welcoming attitude and guide them to their tables
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow
  • Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
