About Afiniti Resorts & Residences

Afiniti Resorts & Residences is the owned, experience-first brand of Modon Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Abu Dhabi-based Modon Holding. Built around what guests feel and need rather than rigid star ratings, the brand spans resorts, hotels and branded residences, with its first resorts slated to debut in 2027. Abu Dhabi’s varied landscapes are the launch pad for Afiniti, and the first resort sits on a remote island in the emirate, bringing a new kind of luxury escape to the UAE. Joining the pre-opening team means helping shape the service culture, standards and guest experience from day one.

Benefits

The employer confirms the full package at offer stage and shares it with shortlisted candidates. Benefits for UAE hospitality pre-opening roles typically include a competitive salary, UAE employment visa, medical insurance, annual leave and annual air ticket as per UAE labour law and company policy, and, given the remote island setting, staff accommodation and transport arrangements where applicable. Beyond the package, you get the chance to join a brand-new luxury resort from day one, training and development support, and real opportunities to grow as the Afiniti brand expands.
