📝 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Develop menus, recipes, and seasonal specials aligned with brand standards
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff at all levels
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control to maximize profitability
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance when needed
  • Collaborate with management on menu engineering, costing, and operational improvements
  • Manage kitchen schedules, staff performance, and daily production planning
  • Handle quality checks, tasting sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a senior culinary role, including at least 2 years as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills
  • Expertise in menu development, food costing, and kitchen operations
  • Deep understanding of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
  • Creativity, passion for culinary innovation, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Professional attitude and commitment to excellence
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
