Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai is seeking a warm, professional, and service‑driven Guest Service Agent to join our prestigious Front Office team. 🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage check‑in, check‑out, and reservation procedures efficiently
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Maintain Front Office standards, grooming, and service etiquette
• Ensure accurate billing, payment handling, and record‑keeping

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Service role within luxury hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Professional appearance and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera experience preferred)
