Guest Relations Jobs in Dubai – AURA Skypool, Palm Jumeirah
AURA Skypool is hiring Guest Relations team members to be the welcoming face of Dubai’s iconic rooftop infinity pool at The Palm Tower, Palm Jumeirah. As the first and last point of contact, you set the tone for the entire guest experience.
In this role you will greet and check in guests, manage bookings and seating, answer questions about packages and amenities, and make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure. You will work closely with the service, bar and management teams to handle requests, resolve issues and keep the floor running smoothly during busy sessions. The position suits a warm, polished and highly organised hospitality professional who enjoys meeting people from around the world and stays composed when the venue is at full capacity.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet, check in and seat guests, ensuring a warm and efficient arrival experience
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists and seating allocation during sessions
- Provide guests with clear information on packages, minimum spends, timings and venue policies
- Handle guest requests, special occasions and preferences, and communicate them to the service team
- Address guest queries and escalate concerns to management promptly and discreetly
- Maintain accurate guest records, contact details and booking notes in the system
- Support with feedback collection, review responses and follow-up communication
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest relations, hostess, front desk or hospitality customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, confident and professional manner
- Well-presented and comfortable representing a premium lifestyle brand
- Confident using reservation and POS systems
- Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Ability to stay calm, organised and friendly during high-volume service
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
