Guest Relations Officer (Female) — Gevora Hotel, Dubai

Gevora Hotel, the world’s tallest four-star hotel, is seeking a personable and experienced Guest Relations Officer (Female) to join its Dubai team. In this role, you will be central to shaping each guest’s experience — welcoming arrivals, resolving requests, and ensuring every stay feels personalized and memorable. The ideal candidate brings prior guest relations or front office experience, ideally within a luxury hotel setting, along with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will work closely with the front office, housekeeping, and management teams to anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and follow up on feedback to maintain the hotel’s high satisfaction standards. This role suits a warm, well-presented professional who enjoys direct guest interaction and wants to build a long-term career with an internationally recognized hotel brand.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a personalized experience
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill special guest requests and VIP arrangements
• Conduct courtesy calls and follow up on guest feedback and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in a guest relations or front office role, preferably in a luxury hotel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for guest satisfaction and hospitality
• Well-groomed, professional presentation
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
