Front Office Night Auditor – Comfort Inn Hotel Dubai

Job Summary

Comfort Inn Hotel Dubai is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Front Office Night Auditor to oversee night operations, ensure accurate financial reconciliation, and deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, maintains strong accuracy under pressure, and represents the hotel with professionalism throughout the night shift.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Front Desk during night hours, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Handle guest check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations, and inquiries
  • Perform nightly audits and reconcile daily financial transactions
  • Verify room rates, charges, and postings for accuracy
  • Prepare daily revenue reports and handover notes for the morning team
  • Monitor hotel safety and security in coordination with relevant departments
  • Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies promptly
  • Maintain lobby cleanliness and readiness during quiet hours
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Front Office Associate in a hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
