Fitness Instructor – Wellfit Masaar
Wellfit Masaar is looking for a Fitness Instructor to lead engaging, high-energy group classes across a range of formats as part of our founding team. You’ll motivate members of all fitness levels, keep classes running on schedule, and help build attendance and loyalty through genuine rapport with members. This role is ideal for someone with strong stage presence, a passion for group fitness, and an interest in staying current with new class formats and trends. As one of Wellfit Masaar’s opening instructors, you’ll play a big part in shaping the class culture and energy of the club from day one — a great opportunity for instructors who want visibility and the chance to build a loyal following at a brand-new location.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead engaging group fitness classes across a variety of formats
- Motivate members of all fitness levels to participate safely and effectively
- Maintain class schedules and ensure studios are set up and ready on time
- Build member rapport to drive class attendance and loyalty
- Stay updated on new class formats and fitness trends
Requirements
- Recognized group fitness or instructor certification
- Prior experience teaching group fitness classes
- High energy, strong stage presence, and excellent communication skills
- Passion for fitness and member motivation
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
