We are hiring an experienced, hands‑on F&B Supervisor to oversee food and beverage operations at Miray Group’s restaurant in Dubai. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who ensures service excellence, controls costs, and supports a motivated front‑of‑house team. You will work closely with management to maintain high standards across service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while coaching staff, managing shifts, and helping run smooth daily operations. The right candidate combines operational discipline, strong people skills, and a guest‑first mindset.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure consistent service standards across all shifts.
  • Supervise and coach staff including waitstaff, runners, and baristas; conduct on‑the‑job training and performance feedback.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to meet business needs while controlling labor costs.
  • Monitor service quality through floor checks, guest interactions, and timely corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management on menu changes, special events, and service timing.
  • Manage inventory and stock control for service areas; perform regular stocktakes and report discrepancies.
  • Implement cost control measures including portion control, waste reduction, and supplier coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Handle guest escalations professionally and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Prepare shift reports and assist management with operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven supervisory experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in fine dining or high‑volume restaurants.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Solid operational knowledge including inventory management, cost control, and service standards.
  • Excellent guest service orientation and the ability to handle escalations calmly and effectively.
  • Organizational skills for scheduling, reporting, and coordinating multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Professional appearance and reliable punctuality.
  • Basic administrative skills and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Relevant certifications (food safety, hospitality training) are an advantage.
  • Multilingual ability is a plus.
