As the first point of contact for guests arriving at one of Dubai’s most iconic luxury hotels, the Doorman plays a vital role in creating a warm and memorable welcome. This position requires a professional who embodies elegance, hospitality, and exceptional guest care. You will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, coordinating transportation, and ensuring the hotel entrance reflects Kempinski’s world‑class standards. 🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with luggage and transportation needs
• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and presentation of the hotel entrance
• Coordinate with valet, security, and Front Office teams for smooth operations
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Support VIP arrivals and special guest arrangements
• Ensure guest safety and comfort at all times

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage handling
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to remain composed under pressure
