Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai is seeking a courteous, attentive, and well‑presented Doorman to join our distinguished Front Office team. As the first point of contact for guests arriving at one of Dubai’s most iconic luxury hotels, the Doorman plays a vital role in creating a warm and memorable welcome. This position requires a professional who embodies elegance, hospitality, and exceptional guest care. You will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, coordinating transportation, and ensuring the hotel entrance reflects Kempinski’s world‑class standards. Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, Kempinski The Boulevard blends European luxury with refined service, offering an inspiring environment for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. 🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with luggage and transportation needs
  • Maintain the cleanliness, order, and presentation of the hotel entrance
  • Coordinate with valet, security, and Front Office teams for smooth operations
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Support VIP arrivals and special guest arrangements
  • Ensure guest safety and comfort at all times

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage handling
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to remain composed under pressure
